With these course qualifications, you will be able to apply to join a Government approved part P scheme provider and self certify that your work complies with up to date building regulations. Qualifications Gained:
- EAL Level 3 Certificate In Installing, Testing and Ensuring Compliance of Electrical Installations in Dwellings (SE) (600/7695/1)
This qualification meets the minimum qualification level for qualified supervisors responsible for electrical work in domestic properties subject to Part P of the Building Regulations (England and Wales).
- City & Guilds 2382-18 Level 3
The IEE Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) are the definitive standards for the electrical industry in respect of the safe use and operation of electrical equipment and systems. They form the requirements and operating criteria for the UK and correspond to EC standards and are recognised by British Standards (BS 7671).
- City and Guilds 2377-77 Portable Appliance Testing
This is the benchmark qualification for anyone who intends to carry out the practical testing of electrical equipment, also known as Portable Appliance Testing.
- City &Guilds 2392 Level 2 Fundamental Inspection and Testing
This qualification is structured and designed to provide delegates with the skills and underpinning knowledge to confidently undertake the Inspections and Testing.
- City & Guilds Combined 2391-52 Level 3
This qualification is also suitable for those with limited experience of initial inspection and periodic inspection of electrical installations, such as those entering the industry from other engineering disciplines or who have been working in allied trades
